There can be many problems when college players leave for the draft too early. One of the problems is players will not have an education to fall back on if they get hurt and can't ever play again. Also the college will lose a good player and a lot of talent. The player may not get enough experience in the college game.
Also another problem that has occurred is that college players enter the draft too over confident or immature. One example of bad immaturity is when players have been arrested when they entered the NFL when they were not mature enough. These young athletes are making their lives worse by their immaturity toward the game of football.
