Coronation: Friday, Sept. 14, during pep assembly
HOMECOMING PARADE: Sept. 14, at 3:45 P.M.
Parade Route:Begins at Chamberlin Park and will proceed west on Second St. to Sycamore St. and then head south to Main Street. Then it will head west and finish at the middle school.
HOMECOMING GAME vs Rockford Christian: JV is at 5:00 and Varsity to follow, around 7:00.
HOMECOMING DANCE: Saturday,September 15 from 7 -10 pm- Dance in the High School Commons
Cost: $10
If you are bringing a guest to the dance who is not a GKHS student, you need a guest request form to be filled out and signed. See Mrs.Dennison in Room 409 to get a form ASAP
Ticket Sale Dates: 5-14
Window Painting Contest: All clubs and groups wishing to participate in the window painting competition should have contacted Ms. Acosta or Ms. Dennison to make arrangements. Windows should be painted at each group's assigned business the weekend of September 8th and 9th. Designs should relate to the theme. Winners will be announced at the Homecoming game.
Notice:
Mums can be picked up on 9/14 in the cafeteria during school lunches from 10:50 - 12:50 or they can be picked up near the booster booth during tomorrow
night's homecoming games. Thank you for ordering and helping the junior class raise money for prom.
