Ashcroft Colorado
Ashcroft is a ghost town. Once it was also a booming silver mine in the 1800's. The town used to boast a larger population than the neighboring town of Aspen. Ashcroft is a National Registered Historic Site.

Twin Lakes Colorado
The Twin Lakes in Colorado lies in between two natural lakes at the foot of Colorado's highest Mt. Elbert. It was once linked with Leadville, Colorado as a transportation hub for miners. Today it is simply one of the most beautiful spots in the world.

The National Mining Hall of Fame Museum
The National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum  is a tribute to all of the American mining industry.  It shows appreciation and gratitude to the rich heritage of the mining era. It is located in the town of Leadville. It was approved by former President Ronald Reagan on November 14th, 1988.

Black Bear Mine
Black Bear Colorado is in San Miguel County, on roads 4X4X4X4. The mine is open in a few months in the summer time. The best time to visit Black Bear is in the Summer.
