- Kindergarteners will begin working on 2nd quarter individual and group assessments.
- During the month of December, we will read and compare a variety of Gingerbread stories.
Math – Topic 6
In math, we continue to focus on the understanding of addition. Students will represent addition using their fingers, objects, drawings, number sentence equations and verbal explanations. They understand addition as “putting together” two groups (joining) or as “adding to” a given group.

Thanks to everyone who helped make our Thanksgiving Feast a success! We had plenty of volunteers who helped with our Feast and who brought in donations. The students love to sit by friends from other classes and celebrate their Kindergarten friendships.
