Important Information

-Our school hours are 8:00-2:50 each day.

-Please make sure to send your child with a mask each day, the students will receive several mandatory mask breaks and hand washing opportunities throughout the day.

-Please send your child to school with a spill proof water bottle each day. Drinking fountains will remain closed so it is important that your child bring his or her own water every day.

-A zip-up or light weight jacket is also a great thing to have your child keep in their locker, this will help ensure your child is ready for the changing weather as we will utilize our outside space as much as possible.

-A healthy snack should be sent to school with your student each day. We originally thought the school was providing. Only breakfast and lunch are provided by the school. Breakfast and lunch are free of charge.

-We will use Google Classroom as a learning platform when needed and Seesaw as our sole parent communication. Please continue to check Seesaw throughout the week for messages.

-If your child is sick or there is a change of transportation, you must call the office to notify them. Please follow this important protocol.

-If you have not done so please return the orange information sheet that was included in your mailed welcome letter.

-Your student has homework attached to this  newsletter. This is their homework for the week and it is due by next Monday. This is so families can complete the work when it is convenient for their schedule. First grade homework is always practice of previously taught skills. We have found it is best for students to complete this over a series of days and not all at the same time.
