Upcoming Dates:
- There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, September 6 for Labor Day.
- September 11 is Patriot Day. We will wear red, white and blue on Friday September 10.
Math:
Topic 1: Numbers 0 to 5
Counting tells us how many are in a group, regardless of their arrangement or the order they are counted. The last number said when counting a group is the number. We will also practice writing numbers 0-5.
Phonics: Focus letters this week Ss and Aa

Reminders:
- Please put your child’s colored tag for transportation and departure on each day.
- Keep snacks separate from lunch. Do not put snacks in lunch boxes.
- Please send water bottles FILLED everyday.
Notes:
We will continue to learn and practice classroom, hallway, lunchroom and recess routines and rules. Learning school routines helps students strive for independence. The Kingston School Rules song helps us learn the rules. The words are as follows:
Be respectful
Be responsible
And always be safe
These three rules keep us happy
and make Kingston school a great place!
